About Our Program

His Ray of Sunshine does not have an age restriction nor gender restriction, although a minor in either role will require consent from their parent/custodian/legal guardian. The program will be launched for breast cancer and terminal warriors. As the program grows, we will be able to expand and open up referrals to offer services to include all types of cancer.

Program participation is by physician referral only to ensure that the warrior participant is at a healthy place in their treatment and recovery from surgery to participate and gain benefit from the services without any setbacks. Additionally, type of cancer may limit service options.

How To Request A Physician Referral Packet

To request that we provide a referral packet to your physician, please email us the following information.

• Your Physician's Name
• Your Physician's Company Name
• Your Physician's Office Mailing Address
• Your Physician's Phone Number

Please email this information to lori.weaver@hisrayofsunshine.org.

The physician will be provided with a referral packet for each participant, the cancer warrior and their primary caregiver. Once the physician has completed and signed off on the referral, along with the participant/parent/custodian/legal guardian and/or caregiver, the referral and other required paperwork signed by the participant/parent/custodian/legal guardian and/or caregiver can be mailed in the postage paid envelope provided to:

Once the referral and required paperwork is received, the referral will be provided to Wellness Studio. All other paperwork will remain with His Ray of Sunshine. Wellness Studio will contact participants to schedule sessions.
